We here at Spanda.AI are proud to announce that we are collaborating with Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani (BITS Pilani) and presenting at their International Conference on Work Integrated Learning (ICONWILL 2024). April 15-16, 2024. Hosted at the BITS Pilani Campus

We will be facilitating a workshop on Leveraging Generative AI in Teaching and Learning. Led by one of our co-founders and Chief Innovation Officer, Keshava Rangarajan

Here is a brief description of the conference and its goals :

“In today’s fast paced dynamic business world, characterized by the forces of globalization, technological innovation, and competition, employees need to quickly learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry or risk being left behind. Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programs enable working professionals to gain industry relevant knowledge and skills while continuing to work and contribute to the growth of their organizations. BITS, Pilani is organizing the International Conference on Work Integrated Learning - 2024 (ICONWIL-24) at its Hyderabad campus with the aim of bringing a sharp focus on the extensive domain of Work Integrated Learning and offer a platform to share insights on diverse aspects that shape its landscape. With a focus on the workforce of the future, the conference brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers from across the globe who are actively engaged in the field of Work Integrated Learning to exchange research findings, innovative ideas and share their experiences, as well as discuss solutions to practical challenges encountered in the field.”

The objective of the event is to create a platform for the exchange of research outcomes and insights, ideas and best practices, networking, collaboration, and partnerships to enhance the quality and effectiveness of Work Integrated Learning.
